Processing Time

Orders are processed within 48 hours (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping Rates

Free standard shipping on all orders over $49.

A flat rate of $10 applies to orders under $49.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery: 7-14 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary based on your location and customs processing.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the United States. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Customs & Duties

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by their country. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@vekap.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.
